Our Commitment
The Charter Pro is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Our site partially conforms to this standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining gaps.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy.
- ARIA labels and roles for interactive elements.
- Keyboard-navigable forms, menus, and accordions.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for body text).
- Alt text for meaningful images.
- Responsive design that works across devices and zoom levels.
Known Issues
- Some third-party embeds (Google Maps, payment forms) may have limited accessibility.
- Legacy image content may be missing alt text — being addressed progressively.
We review and update this list quarterly.
Compatibility
Our site is designed to be compatible with:
- Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (latest 2 major versions).
- Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows).
- Input methods: Mouse, keyboard, touch, and voice control.
